TapTempo Insights provides research and analytics services focused on mobile gaming and play habits in Brazil and Latin America. Our services include data analytics, market research, gamer panels, and business intelligence tools.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Brazilian courts.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration.
